Fair Usage Policy

1. Purpose

This Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") is designed to prevent misuse and ensure that VAssess platform resources are available equitably to all users. VAssess is operated by Virora International Private Limited. By using VAssess, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Platform Usage Limits

2.1 Test Attempts

• • Each test may be attempted the number of times specified by the test creator or subscription plan
• • Free tests: Limited attempts as specified per test
• • Paid tests: Attempts as per the subscription tier purchased
• • Deliberately abandoning and restarting tests to manipulate scores is prohibited

2.2 API and System Usage

• • Automated access, scraping, or bot-driven requests to the platform are strictly prohibited
• • Excessive API calls that degrade service for other users may result in rate limiting or temporary suspension
• • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform is prohibited

2.3 Content Access

• • Content (questions, study materials, reports) is for personal educational use only
• • Bulk downloading, copying, or systematic extraction of content is prohibited
• • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling platform content is strictly forbidden
• • Screenshots, screen recordings, and photographing test content are prohibited

3. Account Usage

• • Each account is for a single individual — sharing credentials with others is prohibited
• • Only one active session is permitted per account at any time
• • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited
• • Institutional accounts must only be used by authorized personnel of the registered institution

4. Institution-Specific Limits

• • Institution subscriptions cover the number of students specified in the subscription plan
• • Exceeding the licensed student count requires a plan upgrade
• • Institution-created tests are for use within the subscribing institution only
• • Sharing institution-specific content with non-affiliated users or other institutions is prohibited

5. Content Creator and Approver Usage

• • Content must be original or properly licensed — plagiarized content will be removed
• • Content must be accurate, educational, and free from offensive or inappropriate material
• • Uploading malicious files, spam content, or irrelevant material is prohibited
• • Content Creators and Approvers must not use the platform to promote third-party products or services

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• • Attempting to bypass proctoring mechanisms or security features
• • Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask identity during proctored assessments
• • Distributing test questions, answers, or solutions outside the platform
• • Engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform or degrades performance for other users
• • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• • Using the platform for any purpose other than educational assessment

7. Enforcement

Violations of this Fair Usage Policy may result in:

• • Warning: First-time or minor violations may result in a written warning
• • Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may lead to temporary account suspension
• • Permanent Termination: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination
• • Legal Action: In cases involving copyright infringement, data theft, or other illegal activities, Virora International Private Limited reserves the right to pursue legal action under applicable Indian law

No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

9. Governing Law
